Our products work best if taken long-term but we understand that sometimes you need to pause, cancel or change the frequency of your subscription. You can do that at any time by logging into your account, or via the link in your initial order confirmation email. You can also contact us at hello@getladywell.com

Returns

We want you to love your Ladywell products—because our products are perishable and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns of opened products. However, if our products do not meet your expectations we want to know. So please contact us at hello@getladywell.com within 30 days of your purchase and include:
* your order number,
* a description of the issue.

Additionally, if you return your product unopened to us within 15 days, we will issue you a full refund minus any shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@getladywell.com for more information.

Shipping

Shipping typically takes around 7 business days after your order has been processed (orders are not shipped on weekends nor national holidays). After you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues, please email us at hello@getladywell.com

You will receive an email with tracking information when your label is printed. Please allow 24 hours for the shipping provider to update any information on your tracking. 

We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
